The Front-Line Supervisor, Operating Crew is a leadership role responsible for supporting the Outside Machinist Operating Crew operations on first and second shift. The Operating Crew Test Supervisor is responsible for executing flushes, activation, and testing, of ship propulsion systems, supporting auxiliary systems and prime movers. Responsibilities also include supervising safe ship operations during sea trials. The OC Test Supervisor will direct the activities of Department 09OC test mechanics and coordinate activities with multiple trades including pipe, machinery, electrical, and vent.
